Following up my previous post about sushi, I made a photo slideshow that demonstrates the procedure of rolling a sushi roll! This roll is the “Yummy Tuna Roll” from Kobe. The description of the roll from the menus is as follows: Shrimp tempura roll topped with tuna, avocado, eel sauce and spicy mayo. The best part of this whole process was that I got to eat it afterwards!
